1. Return Policy 🔄

  • You can return products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@pristova.in with your order details.

2. Refund Policy 💳

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

3. Exchanges 🔁

  • Exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests.

4. Non-Returnable Items 🚫

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear) are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
